The feasibility studies cover technical aspects as well as economical aspects related to budget, costs, and economical model of the project.

Owner's Engineer
Acting as the owner’s representative, supervising projects which are managed and executed by others. The Owner’s Engineer monitors the project’s progress, time-schedule, expenses, budget, decision making and targets-achievement, and reports back to the owner on a timely manner.
Project Management
Hands-on project management, taking full responsibility, either by using experienced engineering firms or by creating a dedicated new project’s team. Projects in any of the following categories: Power, Energy, Oil & Gas, Desalination, water infra-structures, Solar power, and traditional industry.
Tenders and Bids preparation
Managing preparations of bids in response to government’s tenders and private sector’s tenders. Managing the correspondence with the clients during tender phase, and providing answers and clarifications.
